Intrinsic Property, the specialist licensed, leisure and retail firm have merged with Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell (HNG), the West End based practice to build upon and expand the existing leisure division.
The enlarged leisure team will provide the full range of services including Agency, Development, Landlord and Tenant, Rating and Valuation across all types of property including Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, Hotels, Casinos, Nightclubs and Health and Fitness and other types of use in the Leisure and retail sectors.
Intrinsic Property was formed in 2002 and very quickly made a name for themselves as one of the leading specialist practices in the leisure and retail market.
Intrinsic’s founding Directors Andrew Crease and Simon Kelly have between them almost 50 years experience in the commercial, retail and leisure property market. Andrew Crease specialises in Landlord & Tenant work and is on the RICS Arbitrators’ and Independent Expert panel. Simon Kelly specialises in agency and development work. They were joined in 2005 by Tracy Steeden who specialises in Business Rates for major pub, restaurant and leisure clients.
